She has a lot of issues where she rings the bell, the staff don’t come a lot. They make her wait a long time to use the bathroom. That’s the only complaint and everything else is good. She said the food is good most of the time, and she loves her physical therapist. I haven’t been really inside because we’re not allowed to go in because of COVID, but the lobby is clean. Everybody’s up there screaming, yelling, and crying; it’s just awful. She is aware of everybody and everything, but she is delusional. She thinks that people are trying to kill her.

The staff is friendly and nice, the rooms could be a little cleaner and the staff could help keep the room a little more organized for the patients that can’t do much for themselves. I don’t know why they have the patients eating in the hallways if they have a room, that’s not a pleasant sight to see as a first time visitor. Overall, the nurses take good care of my grandmother and I do appreciate all they do.
